Instructions for use

• Thermotherapy (bain-marie): Heat to 50°C maximum during 30 minutes with a protective grid.
• Thermotherapy (microwave): Heat to 600 W during 3-4 minutes, knead after 2 minutes.
• Cryotherapy : Freeze at -10°C during 2 hours maximum or store in the refrigerator.
