These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) govern all sales of medical equipment made on the site santedirect.com by the company DT2 HEALTH.

Article 2 - Scope of application

These T&Cs apply to all sales concluded on the Santé Direct website with:

  • Individual customers (consumers)
  • Professional customers (craftsmen, companies, local authorities)

Important information: Validation of the order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions. The customer declares that he/she has read and accepted these terms and conditions before placing the order.

Article 3 - Products

3.1 Product description

Santé Direct offers medical equipment and accessories for sale. The essential product characteristics are presented on each product sheet.

3.2 Photographs and descriptions

The photographs and descriptions of the products are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee perfect similarity. Minor differences cannot be considered as misleading advertising.

3.3 Availability

Our product offers are subject to availability. In the event of unavailability, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

Article 4 - Prices

4.1 Displayed prices

  • Prices are given in euros (€)
  • Including VAT at current rate (20%)
  • Excluding delivery charges (calculated separately)
  • All taxes included

4.2 Price changes

Santé Direct reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products will be billed based on the prices in effect at the time the order is validated.

4.3 Professional prices

Professionals can benefit from preferential rates on request. These prices are shown before and after tax, depending on the customer's profile.

Article 5 - Ordering

5.1 Ordering process

  2. Basket and quantity validation
  3. Customer identification or account creation
  4. Choice of delivery address
  5. Select delivery method
  6. Acceptance of T&Cs
  7. Secure payment by credit card
  8. Order confirmation

5.2 Order validation

The order is definitively validated after :

  • Acceptance of payment by bank
  • Sending an order confirmation email

5.3 Modification or cancellation

Any modification or cancellation of an order must be notified as soon as possible by email. If the order is already in preparation, the modification may not be possible.

Article 6 - Payment

6.1 Method of payment

Santé Direct only accepts payment by credit card:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Carte Bleue

6.2 Payment security

Payments are completely secure. Bank details are encrypted and transmitted directly to our PCI DSS-certified payment service provider. No banking data is stored on our servers.

6.3 Invoice

An invoice is automatically generated and sent by email after payment validation. It is also available in the customer area.

Article 7 - Delivery

7.1 Delivery area

Santé Direct delivers to mainland France and Corsica. For deliveries outside these areas, please contact us.

7.2 Delivery charges

Delivery charges are calculated according to :

  • Product weight and volume
  • Delivery address
  • The delivery method chosen

Free shipping on orders over €59.

7.3 Delivery times

Indicative lead times :

  • Products in stock: 3 to 5 working days
  • Made-to-order products: 7 to 15 working days
  • Express delivery: 24 to 48 hours (subject to availability)

7.4 Receipt of order

Important information: The customer must check the condition of the products on receipt. In the event of damage or missing products, the customer must make precise reservations on the delivery note and inform us within 48 hours.

Article 8 - Right of withdrawal

8.1 Time limit

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify his decision or pay any penalties.

8.2 Terms and conditions

The right of withdrawal applies only if :

  • The product is in perfect resalable condition
  • Product is complete (accessories, manuals, etc.)
  • The product has never been used or installed
  • Original packaging intact

8.3 Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products, specific spare parts ordered on request, and products unsealed for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

Article 9 - Warranties

9.1 Legal warranty of conformity

All our products are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from the date of delivery (articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).

9.2 Warranty against hidden defects

Products are also covered by the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

9.3 Commercial warranty

Certain products may benefit from an additional manufacturer's warranty. Conditions are specified on the product sheet and in the documentation supplied.

Article 10 - Liability

Santé Direct cannot be held liable in the following cases:

  • Non-compliance with the laws of the country of delivery
  • Incorrect use or installation
  • Internet network failure
  • Force majeure

Article 11 - Personal data

Santé Direct is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the GDPR. For more information on the processing of your data, see our Privacy Policy.

Article 12 - Intellectual property

All elements of the Santé Direct website (texts, images, logos, trademarks) are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior authorization.

Article 13 - Settlement of disputes

13.1 Complaints

In the event of a complaint, the customer may contact our customer service department.

13.2 Mediation

In accordance with Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, the customer may use the mediation service free of charge.

13.3 Jurisdiction

Failing amicable resolution, disputes will be referred to the competent courts.

Article 14 - Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of translation, the French version shall prevail.

Article 15 - Modification of the GCS

Santé Direct reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The applicable T&Cs are those in effect on the date of the order.
