It's so easy! Browse our catalog, add the products you want to the shopping cart, create your account or log in, enter your delivery address and proceed to secure payment by credit card. You'll immediately receive a confirmation email.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as your order is not yet being prepared. Contact us immediately by email at contact@santedirect.com, providing your order number. We will do our best to fulfill your request.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package in real time on the carrier's website (DHL Express or private carrier depending on your order).

Do you offer quotes for professionals?

Absolutely! For large orders or specific needs (medical practices, healthcare facilities), contact us at contact@santedirect.com. We will prepare a personalized quote with preferential rates for professionals.

What are your delivery times?

Standard lead times are:
• 48 hours with DHL Express for small packages
• 3 to 5 working days for larger orders
These delivery times apply from the moment your order is validated.

Is delivery really free?

Yes! Delivery is completely free for purchases over €59.regardless of the weight or volume of your order, in all the countries we serve.

Which countries do you deliver to?

How does delivery work for bulky medical equipment?

For heavy or bulky medical equipment, delivery is handled by a specialized carrier. You will be contacted to arrange a delivery time. The carrier delivers to your doorstep (ground floor).

What payment methods do you accept?

We only accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Carte Bleue). This choice enables us to guarantee secure 100% transactions and rapid processing of your order.

Is my payment secure?

Absolutely! We use a PCI DSS-certified payment system with SSL encryption. Your bank details are transmitted directly to our secure payment provider and are never stored on our servers.

Do you offer payment in instalments?

Yes, all our medical equipment is CE certified and complies with current European standards. We only work with manufacturers recognized for their reliability and product quality.

Are accessories included?

Each product comes with all the accessories listed in its product sheet (user manuals, certificates, basic accessories). Additional consumables and accessories are available as options.

Can I return my medical equipment?

Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. The product must be new, complete, in its original packaging, and unused. Please note: some products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Who pays for returns?

You are responsible for return shipping costs. We can provide you with a prepaid return label with our negotiated rates - the amount will be deducted from your refund. Visit our Returns for more details.

How quickly will I be reimbursed?

We will issue a refund within 3 to 7 working days of receipt and verification of the returned product. Refunds will be made to the same method of payment used at the time of purchase.
