At Health Direct, we strive to provide you with the best possible shopping experience. However, if the medical equipment you ordered does not meet your expectations, we offer a simple and efficient return procedure.
Withdrawal period
14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal, from the date of receipt of your order. This period applies to both private and business customers.
If the medical equipment does not suit you, Santé Direct grants you a 14-day cooling-off period to return, at your expense, the products that do not suit you. This period begins on the date you receive the goods.
Application conditions
This right of withdrawal applies :
- Only if the product is in perfect resaleable condition (complete, unused, undamaged).
- Sale or clearance products
This right of withdrawal does not apply:
- To customized products
- Specific spare parts
- Refurbished products
- In the event of payment of the order by leasing or financing (irrevocable nature of the financing)

Important: It is imperative to notify our customer service department of your return. Any product received without prior notification will be refused.
How do I request a return?
Log in to your customer account
Access your personal space on our website.
Go to the "Your orders" section
Locate the order to be returned.
Click on "Return the product
Select the button next to the item concerned.
Follow the step-by-step instructions
Fill in the return form and confirm your request.
Repayment terms
- Santé Direct undertakes to reimburse you for returned products within 3 to 7 working days from receipt and inspection of products.
- Refunds will be made by the original method of payment or by voucher.
- Important information: Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Initial delivery charges will not be refunded.
Product returns
Return time
You must return the products to us no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your decision to cancel.
Return conditions
Upon return, we ask you to :
- Pack your product in its original packaging, together with all accessories, remote controls and operating instructions.
- Over-wrap the original packaging to protect it from damage in transit.
- Please enclose a copy of the invoice.
- Return the product to the address we will give you, declaring its value.

Option 2: Shipment by you
⚠️ You arrange shipment with the carrier of your choice, but you take responsibility for the transport.
Responsibilities according to chosen option
If you choose our label service :
- Santé Direct assumes responsibility for transport
- Insurance included according to declared value
- Automatic parcel tracking
If you ship by your own means :
- You must declare the value of the product according to the purchase invoice.
- You must take out appropriate insurance
- In the event of loss or damage, you will only be compensated up to the legal maximum (32 euros per kilo).
Product status
This right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the product is in perfect condition for resale, i.e. :
- Complete with all accessories, remote controls, manuals, etc.
- It has never been used
- It is not damaged
Even brief or partial use prevents the product from being taken back.
