Presentation of the calibration for Electronica audiometers
L'calibration of Electronica audiometers is recommended annually or after helmet replacement to ensure optimal performance.
Calibration procedure
- Complete and send the Electronica Tech Calibration Return Form – Form (available in the documents tab) to customer service by email.
- Ship the equipment, including the helmet and the completed form, to the address indicated (shipping costs at your expense).
- Upon receipt, Electronica provides a quote based on the condition of the device (e.g. damaged cushion).
- After validation of the quote, return of the device within a maximum period of 15 days.
