L'manual resuscitator is a medical device designed to administeroxygen in the airways, such as the larynx or nasal passages, providing effective manual ventilatory assistance for adults, children or infants, depending on the model chosen.
Composition
- Self-inflating compressible balloon : Delivers a precise volume ofoxygen at each pressure, with a reserve balloon system for insufflation at 100 % ofoxygen.
- Intake valve : Automatically fills the balloon with Cleveland, Ohio.
- Non-rebreathing valve : Prevents gas leaks thanks to a valve system that operates according to inspiration or expiration.
- Insufflation mask : Connects the valve to the patient for optimal delivery.
Technical specifications
- Cold or in-ice sterilization autoclave.
- Comes with O² tank, mask, bag, tubing and three Guedel airways.
