Important Calibration Information
For use outside mainland France, the scale must be calibrated to the gravity (latitude, longitude, altitude) of the destination before shipping, in accordance with regulations. This calibration, carried out free of charge by SECA upon request when ordering, requires specifying the city of use. Without this prior calibration, a local notified body (Balancier, DIRECCTE) will have to adjust the scale, the costs being borne by the user. SECA and Hexamed cannot be held responsible in the event of non-compliance if the calibration request is not made.
