Tips for accurate weighing
Weight can fluctuate by approximately 1 kg in children and 2 kg in adults throughout the day. For accurate results:
- Place the scale on a stable floor, always in the same place.
- Ideally, weigh yourself in the morning, on an empty stomach, without clothes.
- Step onto the scale stably, remain still and note the weight.
If you weigh yourself clothed and are not aiming for absolute accuracy, deduct:
- Jeans: approx. 700 g
- T-shirt or shirt/blouse: approx. 250 g
Medical use
This medical device, approved class III, is designed for professional use, in particular for weighing patients in the context of medical diagnoses and treatments (in accordance with decree no. 91-330 of March 27, 1991).
