Visit Hartmann Grassolind Neutral lipid-impregnated compresses are vaseline dressings designed to promote the healing of superficial exuding wounds, such as abrasions, scratches, burns, surgical wounds or skin grafts.
Composition
These compresses are made of a cotton tulle with large mesh, impregnated with an ointment based on white petroleum jelly, ofdiglycerol ester of mono- and dicarbonic fatty acids and microcrystalline hydrocarbon wax.
